This leveled book program consists of eight Learn-Abouts titles at eight levels. Each factual book has labeled photographs, maps, charts and diagrams. Readers will find an activity page that reinforces the contents of each book. This series can be used with students in K-3. In addition, any student with difficulty reading will benefit from the picture dictionary and vocabulary words introduced in each title. Teachers will be pleased to know that Learn-Abouts are based on current empirical research and place emphasis on fluency, oral language and writing development.
